Field Trip Information

We take many field trips in room 9! We already have four trips lined up to Windchime and we will need drivers.

Windchime, 2011: FREE
  • September 9th to interview our Grandbuddies, leaving at 1:15pm, back by 2:25
  • October 7th, for a fall craft, same times as above
  • November 10th for a Veteran's Day Project
  • December 15th for festive cookie decorating.  Shhhhhhhhh...just this once!
TRIP THIS COMING WEEK!  DOG AGILITY!
Dog Agility Course on Hicks Ln/Chico.  Mary Powell and her crew will delight us all with dog agility course demo.  We will need drivers, leaving TH Sept. 1st at 11:15am, demo starts at 11:30am, eating lunch there, and coming back to school around 1pm.  Lunch and water needed! FREE.
    CSUC Science Lab:  $2.00 donation for the lab.  We will walk there and back. "Water" Wednesday, September 14th, 11am-12:50.  We will walk back quickly to return by the 1:35 dismissal time.  (Early Out Wednesdays)

    Call of the Sea/Ship Trip!!  www.CalloftheSea.org  We are set for our overnight stay on November 9th.  We will sail 1/2 of the group from 1-4 on Nov. 9th, spend the night, then switch and have the other class sail on the morning of Nov. 10th!  WE ARE COLLECTING DONATIONS NOW, SO PLEASE GET THOSE IN, AS MANY OF YOU INDICATED YOU COULD DONATE THE FULL AMOUNT.   The donation per child will be about $100.00 with the overnight and the ship....and maybe more for food.
